The idea for Petnir was born on a perfectly ordinary Tuesday—the kind of day made extraordinary by a dog's boundless enthusiasm.

Founder Jamie was working from home when their golden retriever, Nir, did something remarkable: he turned a simple cardboard box into an entire afternoon of entertainment. As Jamie watched Nir's tail wag with pure delight, a realization struck—we spend so much time worrying about what pets need, we often forget what makes them truly happy.

That moment sparked a mission: to create products that celebrate pets' unique personalities while making pet parents' lives easier. The name "Petnir" combines "pet" with "Nir"—a nod to that life-changing moment of canine wisdom.
